Welcome to MTRS
Welcome to Mohawk Trail Regional School, home of the Warriors!
At Mohawk Trail we are committed to building community and capacity together. Our school is a dynamic learning community where seventh through twelfth-grade students can develop as scholars, athletes, artists, and citizens.
Our staff is committed to working together to provide students with a safe, engaging, and empowering learning environment, but we understand our efforts fall short without you. We invite you to learn more about who we are and what we can offer your family by browsing the pages on our site. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out. We look forward to hearing from you!

School was canceled across the Mohawk Trail and Hawlemont Regional School districts today. We are incredibly grateful to our District Nurse Leader Donna Weber, the Franklin County Sheriff's Office, and Franklin Regional Council of Governments for arranging our staff COVID-19 vaccination clinic at Mohawk Trail Regional School and the opportunity to have our entire staff vaccinated on Monday. As a result of the second clinic yesterday, we anticipated the potential for staff reactions to the vaccine and were monitoring the situation throughout the afternoon and evening.
On April 8, Mohawk Trail Regional School District Superintendent Sheryl Stanton, MTRS principal Marisa Mendonsa, and assistant principal Diane Zamer hosted a virtual town hall to share the next steps in our return to learn plans for a full in-person return at MTRS (grades seventh through twelfth). If you missed the event, you can watch the broadcast or directly on the district's Vimeo channel.
The class of 2021 graduation will take place on Saturday, June 5 at 5:00 p.m. with a rain date of Sunday, June 6 at 1:00 p.m.
